[Boojum Staff] made an excellent team who appeared united in philosophy and approach to students and teachers. This was essential in building buy-in from the students. Great admiration for Kristen May in building a team as well as for Erica, Emily, & Conor to follow appropriately and contribute sufficiently. Having spent many summers building an effective team, responsible for 100s of students’ safety out of a group of individual team members who had never previously met, I know a strong operation when I see one. And I saw one here!
