- A deposit of $200 is required with the submission of this form or within 7 days in order to reserve your space.
- After your deposit and enrollment form is received, an applicaton packet will be sent to you. We will contact you if the course is full.
- The application packet includes medical form, waivers, travel details, and other necessary course information.
- Packet information and forms must be completed and returned to the Boojum office 30 days prior to the course start date or sooner.
- You will receive an official course confirmation once all information has been received.

| Important Information |
- REFUND and CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the course start date, Boojum will refund your deposit less an application fee of $100. Cancellations made 30 days or less before a course start date cannot be refunded for any reason. If a student needs to leave a course due to disciplinary reasons, no refund will be given.
- COURSE ALTERATIONS: If Boojum cancels your course, we will refund your payment in full. Boojum reserves the right to change a course's itinerary or location due to weather, wildfire, or matters beyond our control.
