Education: Fine Arts, CA teaching credential for multiple subjects (k-8), Minor in English Language Mount Saint Mary'sOriginally from: California Been with Boojum since:Fall 2008 Jenny got her start planning programs and facilitating events coaching at the gym in her off time and as a resident advisor (RA) during college. During that time, she hiked over half of the trail system in the park and started in public service. After college she joined the Peace Corps where she spent 2 1/2 years teaching English, yoga, art, and doing community outreach in Thailand. She loves working with Boojum because she loves the locations and the curriculum we incorporate. It's the schools, the teachers and the kids themselves, however, that keep her coming back again and again. She feels it's worth it to not teach in a classroom anymore, delivering high quality programs and having tons of fun while doing it. When she's not working with Boojum, she guides in Yosemite with Southern Yosemite Mountain Guides during the summer off season. During the winter months she trades off remodeling her "new-old" house and traveling to SE Asia and South America. She teaches vinyasa-flow/iyengar style yoga classes and has an active interest in both the fine arts and the healing arts. She does Thai Yoga massage and is continually improving her watercolor skills
